Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use our website, request an estimate, or communicate with Power Plumbing Inc., including by text message.
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Who We Are
Power Plumbing Inc. is a licensed, insured, and bonded plumbing contractor located at 906 S. Edgewood Ln, Mt. Prospect, IL 60056, operating under Illinois license #055-032536. These terms cover your use of mypowerplumbing.com and the ways we communicate with you.
Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates requested through our website or by phone are free. We respond to every call and form submission within 24 hours on business days. An estimate becomes a binding scope of work only when both sides agree to it in writing.
Warranties
Installed equipment carries its manufacturer warranty. Where we state an additional workmanship warranty for a specific service, such as our 1-year installation warranty on sump pump installations, its terms are provided in writing with the job. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what we confirm in writing for your project.
